Sushi and a walk in the park, can it get any better?

Hey everyone! My afternoons is flying by...I had some more yummy sushi for lunch and they threw in a lot of gum! Gum is def one of my vices! lol
This is an octopus salad, spicy tuna, and a california roll; no rice on any of the items.

I decided to eat at my desk while I worked so that I could go for a nice long walk during my actual lunch break. It is WAY too nice to be stuck in this office all day! And as always I wore my HR monitor and burned 343 calories in 50 minutes
