I felt like Crap alllllll day ayer! I didn't go to Yoga and just slept for most of the day. I wanted to stay home and do nothing but my stepmother's mother was cooking for us and I did not want to stand her up; she is an amazing lady. I actually felt better later in the day, I guess home cooking can do that lol...She made a traditional Dominican Dish which is called "Bollito de Harina" which is Boiled Flour Rolls and she paired it with Salami.
For Dessert we had Mango slices
When I got home, I decided to do my Kettlebell DVD and burned 338 Calories in 40 Minutes
This morning I woke up and felt Great! I got up at 6:30 and did Boost Your Metabolism DVD and burned 441 Calories.
After my workout I had 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk
For Breakfast I just ate a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with 1 tbsp of PB, Strawberries, and my usual coffee (iced)
My coffee was great this morning, thanks to my sister! She got me "Sugar Free Starbucks Vanilla Syrup"...THANKS JENN!
Birthday Challenge:
My birthday is on July 20th and I want to drop 5 lbs by that day and if I focus, I think I might be able to obtain this. My workouts are great for the most part so my main focus is my food and trying to make healthy choices. I can't always eat at the Healthiest places but I can try to make the healthiest choices when I am there...wish me luck!!!!
