Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I had a WW Wrap with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pimentos, Grilled Shrimp and Mayo Basil Pesto on the side
I rushed home to make dinner because I had to take Lil Lady to Yoga. I made Pizza with a WW Wrap, Part Skim Mozzarella, Onions, Peppers, Olives, 7 slices of Pepperoni, and Marinara Sauce...it was sooooo good! I need to buy some Blue Cheese Dressing; do you guys ever dip your pizza in Blue Cheese??? yums!
For dessert I ate the rest of the bread pudding since I knew I would not be able to eat it today nor tomorrow because of Protein Days
I chose not to workout last night, I was wiped out from all the driving around etc and I just wanted to relax on my couch plus I already had burned over 500 Calories in my morning workout so it was all good =)
This morning I slept in until 6:30, I grabbed a mini Banana before my workout
I did "No More Trouble Zone" DVD and burned 400 Calories. After my workout I had 1 scoop of LMM
For Bfast I am eating 4 Strawberries with Oikos Honey Yogurt and my usual coffee.
As you can see all of my Fruit is going a tad ripe but I refuse to throw them away unless they are REALLY BAD
Question:
I have a question for you guys...ayer when I took Lil Lady to Yoga she was acting up quite a lot. I kept hearing the instructor say "Hailey Pay Attention" etc. She would fall on purpose and I could hear her laughing. After class I told her she will definitely not be returning next week and if she doesn't improve she will not be returning at all. Was I too hard on her? Like honestly my sister and I share the expense on the class but it also takes time out of my day; I could be home doing something else. I love taking her but I don't want to waste my time if she is not really into it. I asked her ayer if she likes Yoga and she swears she does but I am not sure...just had to vent =) thanks for listening
