Rest of my Eats consisted of Honey Nut Cheerios (snack ayer). For lunch ayer I had a pint of Chicken Noodle Soup with a piece of Foccacia Bread. This morning for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana and 1 tbsp of PB and my usual coffee.
I love my EA Active! I decided to try to do a workout ayer since my challenge is almost over but I was happy to see that it extended my challenge until Saturday woohoo =). I did a medium intensity workout for 25 minutes and burned 161 Calories. I must be really sick because I was so tired after I was done.
I took today off and have a doctor's appointment at 2pm...I am soooooo tired of being sick! At least Koko is here to keep me company =)
