Hey everyone!!!!!!! I hope ya'll are having a fabulous Saturday...
Mine has been good so far...except for when I woke up thinking it was Sunday and it hit me "Oops not so much" lol
Eats and Workouts:
Ayer for lunch my niece and I ordered from Pita Pan again. I finally tried their Gyro and it was delish...It was a Lamb/Beef Gyro in a WW Pita. I love the fact that it's not huge and they still manage to sneak in some fries =). We also got French Fries and Onion Rings to share which also tasted very good. After work, we picked up my sister and headed to the park. I was playing around with my niece in the playground and tried to do some ab moves in the Jungle Gym lol. Keyword is "tried" lol.
For Din Din I had a Green Monster made with Spinach, Frozen Strawberries, 1/2 a frozen Banana, PB, 1 scoop of Vanilla LMM, and Water. Before bed I did 25 minutes of abs and burned 140 Calories.
This morning I had 1/2 a Banana before my workout and then I did EA Active and burned 265 Calories in 40 minutes. For Breakfast I made another Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, Kashi Oatmeal, PB, Chocolate LMM, and Water. At the gym I did the circuit for 30 minutes followed by 5 minutes of stretching and burned 312 Calories
After work I ran to get some groceries and I picked up some Francesco Rinaldi Super Premium Quality Vodka Sauce which I couldn't wait to try. I made WW Pasta mixed with Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms and then tossed it in Vodka Sauce. It was not great but it tasted good; I wish it tasted creamier. Maybe next time I will mix in some Parm Cheese...that might do the trick. After Lunch, I had a Drumstick Cookie Dough Lil Drums. I am hoping since this is portion controlled, I will be able to behave ((((fingers crossed)))))
I am hoping to get to bed early and FINALLY go back to Yoga class in the morning. I have not been there in over a month!
