Eats and Workouts:
For Lunch I made a Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, PB, 2 Scoops of Vanilla LMM, and Splenda
I was hoping that the Green Monster would fill me up but I was still hungry so I ordered Grilled Eggplant with Marinara Sauce. This tasted much more healthier than when it is Sauteed...I love when something is grilled and it makes you feel like you are at a bbq lol
For Din Din I roasted 1/2 a Sweet Potato in EVOO, Salt, Paprika, and Splenda. I paired it with 3 Morningstar Farm "Buffalo Wings" and PB.
I need to figure out how to make the SP Fries crunchy but not burnt...any suggestions???? I had them in the oven for about 40 minutes at 400 Degrees.
For Dessert I mixed a tbsp of PB with 1/2 a scoop of Chocolate LMM, splash of FF Milk, and packet of Splenda...I loved it so much that I made another bowl before bed lol
For Breakfast I just had Chobani Honey Yogurt, PB, and the other 1/2 of my Banana with my usual coffee.
So last night I attempted to be a brave little soldier lol and sleep in my bed but it was HARD. I live in an ooooooold building which means I can hear my neighbors walking around in their apartments...and with every creaking of the floor, I would jump up. I felt like my heart was in my throat lol. The strange thing was that one of my neighbors NEVER walks around but for some reason she was pacing all night and it was driving me nuts lol...I hope it was her lol
Remind me why I wanted to see THAT movie???? lol
