Good morning everyone! I am enjoying a fabulous day of laziness lol.
Before I even begin this post, I want to thank everyone for all the fabulous compliments on my last post. It was also good to hear that I am not the only one who gets compared to other people =)
I have a question for ya'll, do you get negative comments on your blog and if so, how do you handle it? I got a negative comment this morning on an older post and all I did was delete it and just moved on. I was going to post it here but why give this person even more of my time.
Eats and Workouts
On Friday after work I did 30 minutes with my Wii Step but I got really sick and had to stop immediately. I had cold chills and got very light headed. I am not really sure what caused this. Later in the evening I had a Green Monster for din din with Spinach, PB, LMM, Splenda, and 1/2 a Banana. I also snacked on "cookie dough" (3 servings! Gasp)
On Saturday I had such a fabulous workout at the gym. One of my fave members, Renata came to workout and I love love love working out with her because she always pushes me to go harder and vice versa. We went around the circuit 3 times and I burned 486 Calories. For breakfast I had a Green Monster with Spinach, Oats, 1/2 a Banana, PB, LMM, and Splenda. The best part of my day at work was meeting Dana! She is 11 years old and is a member with her mom. She was such a cutie.
For Lunch ayer I made my fave PB Pasta...which is WW Pasta with Mushrooms, Onions, and Peppers in PB, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and Chili Bean Sauce. I am a creature of habit, what can I say lol. After lunch I snacked on Quaker Caramel Rice Snacks.
For din din I tried another one of Amy's frozen meals...this time it was the Mexican Tamale Pie. This was another hit! I loved all the fresh veggies, esp the beans. I paired it with a baked Apple cooked in Splenda, Cinnamon, and Pumpkin Spice. And for dessert I had "cookie dough". Before bed I did Wii Step with 3lb hand weights and burned 221 Calories in 30 minutes, while I watched Glee. Do you guys watch Glee? I have a serious crush on the teacher!
I tried to sleep in this morning but was up by 6:15! I held off as long I could but I was starved by 8 and decided to continue my Sunday Tradition...Pumpkin Pancakes! What a great way to start the day. I added some PB, lite Syrup, and 1/2 a Banana with my usual coffee.
I don't really have any plans for today. Sometimes I like staying home, esp when I have to work 6 days a week. Nothing is better than staying home in my pj's and catching up with my friends at the Peach Pit...ha don't judge =)
Have a great day!!!!
Namaste...
