Hey everyone! Before I start, I should let you know that I decided to hold off on the Q&A until my 400th Post! so keep the questions coming!!!!
Today has been such a great day! I woke up bright and early and did my Jillian Wii Workout and burned 264 Calories. I then showered and got dressed and picked up Mo and headed to the gym. She is a VIP and member and is allowed to bring a guest…THANKS MO!!!!!! We did 30 minutes on the Elliptical and then did 40 minutes of weight training. I ended up burning 600 MORE calories! It felt so good to be back in the gym! So good that I went back later in the afternoon and signed up with my sister!!! SCORE. Now I can start to train for my 5k. Us 3 are planning to go to the gym together at least 3 times a week. I think it is easier to maintain a workout routine when you have a buddy/support system.
I think 2010 is going to be a really good year…I have met so many positive and supportive people and I am so grateful! This was the first time Mo and I met (face to face) and we hit it off immediately. We even went to Petland to get things for our babies lol.

After the gym I came home and made Brunch…2 Pumpkin Spice Pancakes with 1 Banana, PB, and Lite Syrup with my usual cafĂ©
I then gave Koko a bath and cut his hair…times are tough and I can’t afford to give him a professional haircut right now, especially when I have to worry about his 4 different meds. After I was done playing dog groomer I went to the gym for the second time with my sister to sign up.
We then headed to my mom’s house for “Linner”. I had Steak with Broccoli and Cheese, Avocado and Cucumber Salad, and Plantain Casserole. Everything tasted delicious as usual…my mom is one of the best cooks ever lol.
I then came home and made my beans and rice for the week. Sorry Luigi lol.
I am a tad hungry so I foresee some Protein Cookie Dough in my VERY near future lol.
