Wednesday: Jackie Warner’s Total Body workout; 340 Calories…I love love love this workout!
Friday: Jillian’s Kickboxing DVD, Jackie’s Workout; 629 Calories.
Friday: Cleaned off the snow from my car and shoveled alllllll around it for over 1 hour and burned 585 Calories…SCORE!
