Hey loves!!!!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! We are finally back to Spring and it feels great…those 90 degree days were just a bit much for me.
It’s been a couple of days since I posted so let’s do a brief recap…
Eats and Workouts
Thursday
My friend went to Boston Market and asked me if I wanted anything so I asked for the Market Chopped Salad
“More fresh veggies than a farmers market! A wondrous collection of crispy crunchy vegetables, mixed green lettuce, and flavors mixed with Craisins®, toasty-roasty sunflower seeds, and crumbled blue cheese. Tossed with our signature champagne vinaigrette.”
Sounds good right???? WRONG! It was missing the blue cheese, craisins, and sunflower seeds! It was loaded with Carrots and Cucumbers which I am not too fond of, so I tossed it. It had ZERO flavor.
Thankfully it came with a Cornbread which I fully enjoyed…
And I found this sitting at the bottom of my purse…Luna Saves the Day!
For Din Din, I was craving some Pizza. I defrosted two mini bags of Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Dough. When I brought the big bag of dough, I split it up and placed them in mini bags so I can just pull it out for single servings.
Topped it with Trader Joe’s Pesto Sauce, Part Skim Mozzarella, Mushrooms, Olives, and Sprinkled with EVOO
YUUUUMS!
And for dessert some Protein Cookie Dough

Friday
For Breakfast I had OIAJ! Best way to kick off the weekend! I tossed in some Raisins and since I had to study, I enjoyed a nice HUGE cup of Cafe con leche!
I studied for about an hour and then did a nice Workout. I did Turbo Sculpt with 5 and 8 pound weights and then did 20 minutes of Foam Roller Stretching and burned a total of 427 Calories.
I then ran around running some errands with mi familia…
Before I knew it, it was already 5PM and I still did not eat lunch! NO BUENO! I don’t know about you guys but I LOVE when a meal feels like dessert and that is exactly what lunch felt like. I had a Green Monster with Spinach, 9 Strawberries, Cup of Light Silk Chocolate Soy Milk, 1 scoop of Light Chocolate Muscle Milk, and Splenda…this was so good that I enjoyed it like a nice big bowl of ice cream.
I was craving some Chinese Food for din din but I wanted to save money AND calories so I made Mari’s Version of Chinese food. I made a Stir-Fry with Trader Joe’s Island Soyaki Sauce, House of Tsang Korean Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce, Szechuan Hot Paste, Peanut Butter, Tofu, Brussels, and Mushrooms and Paired it with Trader Joe’s Veggie Egg Roll
All Together with a side of Duck Sauce…just as good as any takeout around my house!

This morning my plan was to head to the park for a run but tummy had other plans…I felt horrible so I stayed home…sad panda =/
For Breakfast I enjoyed a bowl of Oikos Yogurt, with PB and Kix! and Cafe con leche on the side.
I wanted to relax today but I had that nagging feeling and I KNEW that I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy an “off” day until I did SOMETHING. I ended up doing Level 1 of Jillian’s Yoga Meltdown and burned 187 Calories.
For Lunch I made myself a yummy wrap with Trader Joe’s (Do you notice a theme here?) Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Spinach, Part Skim Mozzarella, and a Low Carb Wrap.
I pressed it on the Skillet and made it nice and cheeeeeesy!
And for dessert a FLAT Chocolate Protein Cake with SF Raspberry Preserves…it may have been flat but it was still FULL of flavor!
I am off to do some laundry and study…CRAZY SATURDAY! (((insert sarcasm here)))
Have a great weekend loves!
Stay tuned for my next post! I have a special guest post!!!!
Namaste…
