- Chocolate Light Muscle Milk
- Chocolate Light Silk Soy Milk
- 1/2 a Frozen Banana
- 6 Frozen Strawberries
For din din I made Papa Namaste Pasta! this is so good!!!!!

This morning I did 30 minutes of Personal Training with Jackie Warner and burned 199 Calories
For Breakfast I am enjoying Oikos Honey Yogurt with Peanut Butter, a small Banana, and a Muffin (recipe below) and my usual Cafe con Leche. Can somebody say “YUUUMS”?!

Chocolate Cinnamon Apple and Raisins Protein Muffins
A couple of days ago Naomi posted a recipe for Cinnamon Apple Protein Muffins and I HAD to make it!
My version consisted of:
- 3 Scoops of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk
- 1 Cup of Oat Bran
- 1 Cup of Applesauce
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
- 1.5 TSP Baking Powder
- .5 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup of All Whites (Liquid Egg Whites)
- 3 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
- Snack Size box of Raisins
I tried to stay true to Naomi’s recipe but for some reason it was VERY thick (maybe because of the LMM) so I had to use a whole cup of Applesauce instead of 1/2 and I also used a little more egg whites…
I tossed them in the oven and baked at 350 for 25 minutes…

I enjoyed one last night for dessert with Jif Natural Peanut Butter
Nice and Moist…
Each one is about 130 Calories without the Peanut Butter Topping
