This post will be short on words because I am about to run out of my house in 10 minutes to have Linner with my family for my Mom’s Birthday!!!!! We are going to Cheesecake Factory! yuuuuuuums!
Eats and Workouts…
I woke up early ayer and went for a jog at the park; 1.2 Mile walk to park, 2.6 Mile Jog in the Trails, 1.2 Mile Walk back home and Foam Roller Stretching…
And then for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with PB and Fresh Strawberries and my usual Cafe con Leche
For Lunch I had Amy’s Cheddar Cheese Burrito
And for dessert I had Chocolate Apple and Cinnamon Protein Muffin with Raisins
I ran to the mall with my sister later in the afternoon and had a Luna Bar while we were on the train
For din din I had Papa Namaste Pasta…with Fresh Spinach and Mushrooms
And for Dessert I made Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough with Fresh Strawberries

This morning I had Oikos Caramel Yogurt with a Banana and Chocolate and Banana Protein Muffin With Chocolate Chips and Cafe con Leche
I then started to do some baking…I made my mom Pecan Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins…I actually had to make two batches because I messed up the first one…oops lol
I then did Personal Training with Jackie Warner with 8lb weights…I am going to feel it mañana lol…
Okay I have to go…it’s not nice to keep the Birthday girl waiting =)
