Hello my loves! Did you miss me??? because I missed all of you! This weekend I spent most of time with my family or STUDYING or with Heidi and Spencer! ha…please tell me that I was not the only one sucked into the The Hills marathon on MTV! lol
Friday I spent most of my day shopping with my mom and sister…I got some cute t-shirts at Old Navy and we also went to our local Tar-Jay and they unveiled the new Fresh Produce Dept! I think I heard angels sing when I walked in lol
Saturday I had an amazing 3 mile run at the park and then when I looked down and it looked like a tinkled on myself! I went to Sports Authority with my family and got some dry-fit Nike Pants! I am so happy to hear that some of you girls have gone through the same thing! You guys made me laugh via twitter…thanks!
We then went to a flea market in Long Island which was HORRIBLE! At least I got some cardio while I walked around =)
Sunday I spent all day Studying and watching The Hills!

and we split the Brownie Obsession for dessert
Sunday Breakfast was Kashi Oatmeal with a Banana and Jif Natural PB
With Cafe con Leche
Sunday Lunch was a Low Carb Wrap with Mushrooms cooked in Trader Joe’s Eggplant Garlic Spread and Part Skim Mozzarella
Din Din was Morningstar Farms “Buffalo” wings with Honey Mustard and a Green Monster with Spinach, Chocolate LMM, Light Silk Chocolate Soy Milk, Strawberries, and Splenda…not the most photogenic food lol
This morning I had OIAJ with a Banana…what a perfect way to start a Monday!
With my usual Cafe con Leche!
Workouts…
Saturday- 1 Mile walk to Park, 3 mile Jog in the Trails, 1 Mile walk back home, and Stretch (925 Calories)
Today- Personal Training with Jackie Warner with 8lb Weights, Yoga. and Foam Stretch (512 Calories)
I am off to have lunch, catch up on blogs, and study! have a great Monday!!!!!
