Happy Hump Day My Loves!!!! No humping on this end haha but I did have some yummy eats that were just as good! lol
Last night for din din, I zero urge to make a din din but I knew that I wanted to have something delish…and nothing says delish like Pancakes! I made Protein Pancakes with Fiber One Pancake Mix, 1 scoop of Protein Powder, and a a packet of Splenda. I then topped it with Natural Jif Peanut Butter, Light Syrup, Strawberries, and Blueberries…this totally hit the spot
Later in the evening I snacked on 1/2 a cup of Friendship 1% Cottage Cheese and 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk

This morning I started my day off with 40 minutes of Jillian’s Boost Your Metabolism but I had to stop early because the impact was hurting my leg so I cooled down with some Yoga Stretches and Foam Stretches…I burned a total of 387 Calories
For Breakfast I had Oikos Caramel Yogurt with Strawberries and Jif Natural Peanut Butter and my usual Cafe con Leche…
POM Wonderful Take 1
I decided to spice up my Green Monster with some POM Juice and it was delish! In the mix was Spinach, POM Wonderful, Strawberries, 1/2 a Banana, 1 Scoop of LMM, and Splenda. This mix reenergized me during my usual afternoon slump!
For din din I was craving a Tuna Fish Sammie…I made the Tuna Salad with White Albacore Tuna, Tomato, Onion, Mayo, Lemon Juice, and a Sprinkle of Splenda…I then scooped it into a Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla
I had 4 Ripe Bananas in the fridge and you know what that means…Chocolate & Banana Protein Muffins with Chocolate Chips! I made two batches and they turned out amazing! I ended up having two…oops
