Eats and Workouts….
Tuesday night for din din I made a Stir fry with Mushroom, Onions, Red Peppers, Tofu, Peanut Butter, Soyaki Sauce, Chili Bean Sauce, and Red Pepper Flakes on a Low Carb Wrap

I did not have an appetite at all ayer and didn’t really eat that much…I made some Chocolate And Banana Protein Muffins with Chocolate Chips around 1 PM and had 2 of them…one with PB and one without.
I forced myself to have din din which was Egg Whites with Strawberries in a Low Carb Wrap and topped with Oikos Honey Yogurt, Peanut Butter, and Cinnamon
Before bed I did Lean and Defined Yoga on Exercise TV and looooooooved it! I burned 284 Calories in 1 Hour

This morning I woke up and headed to the park for a workout; 2 mile walk to and from Park, 2.5 mile jog/walk at the park, and Stretch….
For Breakfast I had a Green Monster with Coffee, Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, Strawberries, Splenda, and Water
