I Am Strong!

Hello my loves!!!!!  I have been up since 4:20 in the morning and I feel amazing! Today was my first IntenSati Warrior Challenge class and it was FA-BU-LOUS!!!!!! Our instructor Natalia was better than any cup of coffee I ever had! She was “on” the whole time and I loved that she came around the room and involved people…every so often she would yell out someone’s name and they would have to yell out the affirmation. I was tired and sweaty but felt like I could conquer the world by the end of the class…when Natalia gave me my bracelet, she said “You are awake now!” and boy was I. I am happy that for the Month of July, the theme of the class will be “Independence”, especially since my birthday is this month and I am ALL about being an Independent WOMAN! In the theme of Independence, during the class we got to do our own freestyle dance, basically anything we wanted to do so Missy and I just looked at each other and jumped around lol…I can’t wait for my next class this weekend!

I will Celebrate July 4th by celebrating MY INDEPENDENCE!

Eats & Workouts

The last time we spoke, I was heading over to see my family but first I decided to have lunch…Unfortunately my body wanted breakfast instead, so I went with it…

Oat bran with Cinnamon, Splenda, Blueberries, and Peanut Butter

Later in the evening, I went to Pizza Hut with mi familia and I got a Veggie Lovers Personal Pan Pizza

Ayer I woke up and did a Quick workout because I had to go to the River Fund for a conference call at 8 AM. I ended up doing the cardio section of my Women’s Health DVD

I refueled with a Green Monster made with Spinach, Strawberries, LMM, FF Milk, Coffee, and Splenda

For Lunch I had a Tofu Salad (Tofu, Laughing Cow French Onion Wedge, Garlic, Hot Sauce, and Honey Mustard) and Lettuce on a Nature’s Pride WW Bun

For Dinner I mad myself a Salad with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pepper, 2% String Cheese, Black Bean Burger, and my Mayo and Ketchup Combo (gross to some but great to me)

I was still hungry so I had a Chocolate and Banana Protein Muffin

but I was STILL hungry and Rainbow Cookie Ice

that must have hit the spot because I knocked out on the couch at 8 PM! Which worked for me since I had to get up today at 4:20 lol.

This morning after my class and a looooooong commute home (so worth it) I had a Green Monster made with Spinach, cup of Blueberries, Coffee, cup of FF Milk, Zico Passion Fruit Coconut Water, LMM, and Splenda

I decided to make today another Green Monster Day! After getting back from taking Koko to the Dog Groomer, I had another one…this time with Spinach, Banana, cup of FF Milk, TBSP Peanut Butter, LMM, and Splenda

A couple of you guys thought that having Green Monsters for the whole day, would not be enough calories for me but mine range from 300-450 Calories…and could actually be more if I decided to use more Protein Powder. Thank you though for always looking out for me! Love you chicas!!!!!!
