Before I even begin, I want to apologize for not commenting on you blogs! I have been reading but you can only imagine how hard it is to leave a comment when two of your keys are not working! damn you G and H! Damn you…
Besides my laptop being a brat, things have been going great on this end!
Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Breakfast I made myself Banana Pancakes with Chocolate Chips and topped with PB & Co. Smooth Operator and Light Syrup
For Lunch I had a Green Monster with 2 scoops of Chocolate LMM, Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, Water, and Splenda
I then did some shopping with mi familia and on the list were sneakers! First off I have a pet peeve with Sports Authority! Don’t tell me that I should buy protection for my sneakers when I first got them and promise me that I can get a brand new pair, if they break down.
I was so mad ayer! I went to exchange them, only to find out that they changed their policy and I have to mail my sneakers back, then get a gift card, THEN I can use it to buy my new sneakers! F*cking A! Thankfully the manager let me put a pair on hold until I get my stupid gift card in the mail. Damn you Sports Authority…damn you…
I still needed to get another pair for cross training AKA Turbo Fire but I refuse to give them any more business so I went to Macy’s since I had a Gift Card and got these babies! Nike Trainer Essential.
Last night for din din I decided to try a new recipe…Tempeh Sloppy Joe!
First I sautéed the Tempeh and chopped Onions in a little bit of Oil (until brown)
I then tossed in a can of Manwich Sauce
I paired the the Tempeh Sloppy Joe with Mashed Potatoes (1 small potato, FF Milk, Salt, and Light I can’t Believe it’s not Butter)
And 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Comfort food done right!
This was delish but next time I will add some BBQ Sauce to the mix and less Manwich Sauce.

This morning I put on my new sneakers and did Turbo Fire HIIT 20! I am seriously loving these workouts! I love that I can do 20 minutes and be a sweaty beast! I also did 10 minutes of the stretch class.
After my workout I refueled with Oikos Honey Yogurt, PB & Co Smooth Operator and sliced Strawberries.
With my usual Cafe con Leche
So I know it is important to know the right people and sometimes even more important to know people in high places but I think it is better to know the people in your local supermarket (and be NICE to them) so when you make a request; they actually listen to you! Last week I asked the produce manager to order Caramel Oikos and he promised that he would and HE DID!
Which I am enjoying right now with lunch!
Tip of the day; be nice to everyone you cross paths with!
Namaste…
