Hello loves! I hope everyone is having a great day and had a even better weekend.
My weekend consisted of volunteering, studying, and working out =) ohhhh and fabulous eats! Here are some of the Highlights of my Eats…
Pastele…
My mom was nice enough to make some for me without meat…
I also enjoyed a seafood soup that my dad’s wife made…I had a fever over the weekend so this totally hit the spot
Cooler temperature means one thing in my house…BAKING! I made Protein Cinnamon Muffins which I enjoyed with Peanut butter…
But even cooler temperatures can’t keep me away from my precious Green Monsters..
But I had to warm up with Campbell’s V8 Butternut Squash Soup
Ayer I went to the park and had a fabulous jog despite the fact that it was raining…I need to invest in a rain jacket for my runs…do ya’ll have any recommendations???

This morning I woke up a little sluggish so I decided to have breakfast before working out. I enjoyed a fabulous bowl of Oat Bran with Blueberries and Jif Natural Peanut Butter and my usual Cafe con Leche…
After I digested and watched the Wendy William Show, I started my workout…first I did Turbo Fire 55 EZ and then did Core 20. It was a sweaty mess and I enjoyed every minute of it.
For lunch I made one of my black bean burgers with Trader Joe’s Swiss Cheese, Ketchup, Lettuce, and Tomato in a Arnold Thin with a side of Alexia Spicy Chipotle Sweet Potato Fries with Ketchup.
