When Ellie mentioned that she was coming to NYC, I jumped at the chance to meet her!!!! I have been reading Ellie’s page for quite some time and instantly fell in love with her…

I met up with Missy, Mo, and the adorable Ellie at Whole Foods…I noticed her instantly when I walked in and just wanted to give her a huge hug. She is just as sweet and personable in person as on her site…

I didn’t even to try find anything new to try at WF; I zoned in to the Sushi Bar and knew exactly what I wanted…

I also picked up a cup of Carrot and Ginger Soup but was not too fond of it so I only had about 1/2 of it…

Just when we thought this blog meet up could not get any better, Mo pulls out these boxes!!!!!

Baked by Melissa makes teeny tiny cupcakes! This way you can enjoy them without the guilt…I am all over that concept!!!

Mo knows me so well and got me the Tye Dye which is a Vanilla cupcake with Vanilla Frosting, Red Velvet, and Peanut Butter Cup. They were alllllll amazing!!!!!!! I need to make a trip to Melissa’s and stock up on some more.

After Whole Foods we went to Starbuck to do some more chatting…I love Ellie’s Scottish accent. Even though she swears she does not have one lol.
