Today’s Workout Wednesday is all about bringing your Sexy Back…literally! Today we will focus on our core.
You will perform 3 Rounds of 20 reps of each of the moves, with a 2-3 minute break between each round. If you are short on time, complete two rounds.
Home Modifications: For 3 and 4, you can either use suspension straps (e.g. TRX) or resistance bands. For move number 6; if you don’t have access to a pull-up bar, you can do pikes (or knee tucks) with a balance ball. Another modification is to use a towel: come into Plank position on a smooth surface with your feet on a towel and bring your knees to your chest:
