Happy Wednesday my loves!!!! I have a lot going on today but I really wanted to make sure that I post a workout for ya’ll. Even if just one person watches this; I want that one person to know that I am dedicated to them!
Today’s workout will focus on Back and Biceps and you will need 1 kettlebell and 2 dumbbells…if you don’t have a kettlebell, you can substitute it with one of the dumbbells. Try to do 3 Rounds of 10-12 Reps (depending on the weight that you use).

1. RUSSIAN SWINGS
2. BICEP CURLS
3. HAMMER CURL
4. ALTERNATING HAMMER
5. BICEP EXTENSION
6. SINGLE ARM BACK ROW
7. WIDE BENT OVER DUMBBELL ROW
8. PLANK ROWS
