I used to do lower carbs twice a week and "regular" macros for the other five days and my body reacted well to this breakdown.
For one reason or another, my consistency began to falter and eventually I completely stopped. This week I decided, enough...it is time to get back to it.
In the past, I would primarily focus on lower carbs (staying under 100 grams) but I wanted to change my mindset. Instead of a negative thought "I can't go over 100 grams of carbs", I shifted it to a positive one "Today, I will have a higher fat and higher protein day". My goal was to stay under 130 grams of carbohydrates, which is not too low but still effective.
Sooooo what is the best way to keep me accountable? DUH, a Full Day Of Eating
I also share a Trader Joe's haul; you will see some of staple items as well as some new discoveries.
Was I able to stick to it? Watch the vlog below to find out!
